The mbed libs use 8bit format for the address and so you should shift left the addres shown in the datasheet. You should also remove the i2c.start and i2c.stop calls as they are already included in the block read and write operations.

To overcome high-costs, we developed an Arduino based CO2 measuring platform (i.e. gas analyzer and data logger). The platform was deployed at multiple sites within the Critical Zone overlying the Springfield Plateau aquifer in Northwest Arkansas, USA. The CO2 gas analyzer used in this study was a relatively low-cost SenseAir K30.
Telair 6615 and K30 are flow through dual channel sensors and they communicates to an Arduino using UART protocol. For highest possible accuracy, the sensors are calibrated. This is possible to do by a qualified operator, provided that the sensor is exposed to a reference gas, which by manufacture default should contain exactly 400 ppm CO2.
